Vicki Miller
Creative Director
After earning an undergraduate degree from Western Kentucky University and a post-graduate degree in Art Direction from the prestigious Portfolio Center in Atlanta, Vicki Miller embarked on a career in advertising that began in Lexington, and which eventually took her around the world. Along the way her work was recognized and honored with a slew of awards including best in show honors for clients such as Keeneland and Valvoline.
In the late 1990’s Vicki’s career migrated to leading pharma and healthcare agencies GSW Worldwide and InVentiv Health. Vicki ultimately served as Global Creative Director, leading creative development of campaigns for Eli Lilly, Merck and J&J. Her design career culminated in the creation and launch of the Cymbalta brand which included naming, identity and the campaign development and that is widely considered one of the most successful launches in pharma history. Vicki was also responsible for leading and executing the agency’s first “Global Wave” which brought together affiliate clients and creative leaders from GSW offices around the world to create truly integrated campaigns. She also co-founded Pink Tank – an agency within the agency –specializing in marketing communications that understands and speaks to the unique needs of the female healthcare consumer.
Today, Vicki is Creative Director of VENN Growth Collective leading all creative development including brand marketing, video, identity, digital, social, and campaign development as well as the management of our most valuable asset – our Collective of exclusive, multi-disciplinary freelancers. Vicki’s work on behalf of IGS Energy was the recipients of two Columbus Society of Communications Arts Awards for best brand video and ad the campaign.
As a tireless advocate for women and female empowerment, Vicki co-founded soHza sister with her own sisters. This social enterprise includes an ecommerce site and brick mortar location which sells fair trade apparel and jewelry created by marginalized communities of women from around the world and with proceeds supporting women in need both here and abroad.
Vicki resides in the Upper Arlington neighborhood of Columbus with her husband Mark, a new puppy and a sassy siamese cat. Vicki has three adult children – Ruby, Max and Phoebe.
